Dr. Toni Granollers
University of Lleida, Spain (antoni.granollers@udl.cat).
Bachelor in Computer Science from the Autonomous University of
Barcelona (1988) and Ph.D. in Computer Science, specializing in
Human-Computer Interaction at the University of Lleida (2004). He
is currently professor of Computer Science and Industrial
Engineering Department at University of Lleida and Director of the
Research Group on Human-Computer Interaction and Data
Integration (GRIHO) in the UdL. Member of the Human-Computer
Interaction Association (AIPO) -the most important Spanish and
Latin American HCI entity-, being member of the executive board
for several years, and, also member, of the Special Interest Group
on HCI (SIGCHI) of ACM and of the HCI-collab network. He is coauthor of the book “Diseño de sistemas interactivos centrados en
el usuario” published by UOC, 2004.
Dr. Cristian Rusu

Cristian Rusu is a full professor at Pontificia Universidad Católica de
Valparaíso (PUCV), in Chile. He is PhD in Applied Informatics from
Technical University of Cluj-Napoca (Romania). He worked in
several software companies and research institutes in Romania and
Chile. Since 1999 he is fully dedicated to academia. He serves in
editorial boards and conference program committees and
disseminates Usability’s importance, in Chile and Latin America. His
research interests focus on HCI, Usability, User eXperience, and
Customer eXperience. Former Chair of the Chilean ACM-SIGCHI
Chapter, he is also the head of the ”UseCV” Research Group in HCI
at PUCV.
